Circuit Admissions Council

A Circuit Admissions Council is appointed for each federal judicial circuit. The Regent for the federal judicial circuit serves as Chair of its Circuit Admissions Council. Circuit Admissions Councils are responsible for review and evaluation of qualified candidates proposed by Fellows and/or the Circuit Admissions Council. Candidates recommended by the Circuit Admissions Council are forwarded to the Board of Regents for review and election to the College. The Council members are:
