What We Do

We provide grants and pro bono legal services for worthwhile projects in the United States.

The American College of Bankruptcy Foundation was established to promote the ends of justice through educational and charitable activities.

In October, the Foundation Board and Circuit Fundraisers kicked off the 2025 Foundation campaign with an ambitious goal of raising $485,000 for our 2026 Pro Bono and Professional Pipeline Grants programs. Thanks to your incredible support, we not only exceeded that goal, but far surpassed our stretch target of $500,000. We are thrilled to share that the campaign concluded with an all-time fundraising record of $602,724, including some extraordinary one-time gifts. Donate Today!

The need, and demand, for pro bono bankruptcy services has never been greater than it is now. If the bankruptcy bar will not support these services, who will? Please give—if not an hour of your time, then, at least, an hour of your money.
