Fourth Circuit Educational Program

The Fourth Circuit Fellows proudly announce their upcoming educational program, The Bankruptcy Appellate Argument: Lessons Learned from JEVIC, Best Appellate Practices in Bankruptcy Cases, to be held Friday, December 16th, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. More details are available here.

All Fellows are invited to attend the Friday program, in addition to a reception with faculty the evening of Thursday, December 15th. Please click here to register for the program. Reception details will be announced at a later date; it will likely take place from 5-7 p.m. in downtown D.C.
