The need, and demand, for pro bono bankruptcy services has never been greater than it is now. If the bankruptcy bar will not support these services, who will? The American College of Bankruptcy Foundation is a Section 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and donations to it are tax deductible. Please give—if not an hour of your time, then, at least, an hour of your money.

If your organization would like to help with Pro Bono efforts but does not have an internal mechanism to do so, please consider donating funds to the Foundation. The American College of Bankruptcy has an active committee of bankruptcy attorneys and judges that fully vets requests for grants and follows up to ensure that the grants have been used for the purpose requested.
