Professional Career

Senior member of Sidley Austin's bankruptcy and corporate reorganization practice. Started practice in the area of Chapter 11, bankruptcy and corporate reorganization with Shutan and Trost. In 1980,, Shutan & Trost, by merger, started the Los Angeles office of Sidley & Austin. Represented parties in informal workouts and Chapter 11 proceedings, and has served as counsel to creditors' committees, Chapter 11 trustees, debtors and other parties.
