The First Circuit Fellows of the American College of Bankruptcy and Boston College Law School are pleased to present:
LITIGATION IN BANKRUPTCY: How to avoid it if you can and win it if you can’t
How do leading practitioners handle litigation issues that arise during a Chapter 11 case? How do they approach the pursuit of post-confirmation claims – often the sole source of recovery for unsecured creditors? What are the key strategic and tactical considerations? How do bankruptcy judges view the merits of those strategies and tactics? This year’s program will feature two panels of prominent bankruptcy practitioners and judges from across the country, who will share their experiences and strategies for resolving or litigating critical pre-confirmation issues and post-confirmation claims.
