6th Circuit Weekend
The American College of Bankruptcy is holding its 6th Circuit weekend in Traverse City, MI on October 11-13th. As part of that weekend, we have scheduled an educational session for Saturday morning, October 12, 2019, at the Hotel Indigo. We are delighted to include, as part of the educational program, a discussion by Ret. Judge Steve Rhodes and Jay Alix regarding the ongoing McKinsey litigation. This will be a timely presentation as a critical hearing in the TX case will be held just prior to our meeting.
The educational session agenda is attached and you will see that we have additional presentations on relevant and timely topics that will occur during this half day seminar. CLE credit will be available.
