International Bankruptcy Course

Since 2008, the American College of Bankruptcy has sponsored its International Bankruptcy Course for interested law schools. Beginning in 2022, the College also offers all Fellows and professionals at their firms the opportunity to audit the course.

This is an annual, full semester course, with weekly classes presented during the spring semester by experts on international bankruptcy. Instructors are drawn from lawyers, judges and professors in the United States and other countries. The course is presented live and by video conference at participating law schools, which vary by year. A sample course syllabus is available here.
