Joint ACB/NYU Roundtable Discussion Regarding Priority Skipping

The Second Circuit of the College and NYU School of Law will sponsor a joint roundtable discussion at NYU on March 27, 2018, from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. 

The roundtable participants, which will include more than 20 distinguished practitioners and academics, will discuss priority-skipping and use the Supreme Court’s Jevic decision as a springboard for the conversation and debate.
