Shannon, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and Professor Bruce Grohsgal, the Helen S. Balick Professor at Widener School of Law, to celebrate the work of The Late Honorable Kevin J. Carey, a distinguished alumnus of Villanova’s Charles Widger School of Law and for the Benefit of the Kevin J. Carey Memorial Scholarship at Villanova Law.

Both CPE and CLE credit will be offered. We will apply for CLE accreditation in the 3rd circuit states only. The CLE-CPE reporting deadline is November 30, 2025. After that date, it is your responsibility to report your CLE.
We receive CPE credit through NASBA. Once you complete the mandatory reporting form following the conference, you will receive your CPE certificate via email.
