CLE and CPE Information

INFORMATION FOR FELLOWS REQUIRING CLE CREDIT 

All CLE reporting is handled electronically.

  • If you attended the Conference IN PERSON, please click here to access the online reporting form. 
  • If you attended the Conference VIRTUALLY, please click here to access the virtual attendance reporting form. (We respectfully request that you only submit one form online, please do not submit one form for each panel. Thank you!)  During EACH panel session, you will be given a CLE-CPE code that you will need to write down and keep in order to report your attendance and receive credit. This code will be given in the chat - you should open and access that chat at the very beginning of the session.
  • The online form is what we use to report your attendance, so completing this form is essential! Once you complete the online form you may download the documents below as needed for your records.  
  • If you need credit from Virginia, click here for the certificate you must use to report your participation.
Please note: You must submit your attendance information by April 29, 2022. After this time, you will need to self-report your CLE  credits.
