Tenth Circuit Educational Program

Friday, August 23, 2019 – Saturday, August 24, 2019

The Tenth Circuit Fellows of the American College of Bankruptcy host The Next Chapter in Bankruptcy & Insolvency, a one-day, educational program in the beautiful city of Santa Fe, on Friday, August 23, 2019, held at the El Dorado Hotel.

This program is open to all bankruptcy and insolvency professionals and students. It will feature sessions to include:

  • The Cannabis Conundrum;
  • Won't You Be My Neighbor: Cross-Border Cases With Mexico and Canada;
  • Mission Products & Beyond: When The Supremes Sing We All Have to Listen. Copyright and All Executory Contract Law Clarified; and
  • Be Careful What You Ask For: When Do You Want An Examiner, Receiver, CRO, Trustee, or Other Neutral?
Seven hours of continuing legal educations credits are pending.
The cost of registration is $150. This price includes breakfast and lunch on the day of the program.
In addition, all program attendees and their guests are cordially invited to attend the final night of The Santa Fe Opera Season, featuring La Boheme, in the company's stunning outdoor opera house, on Saturday, August 24, 2019. A block of tickets has been reserved and each ticket includes: a preview dinner on the opera grounds; a private, backstage tour; and a seat in a very good section. Cost for the experience is $200 per person.
