CLE-CPE Instructions from the 7th Circuit Seminar held September 16, 2022
All CLE-CPE attendance reporting is handled electronically. If you attended the Conference IN PERSON, please click here to access the online reporting form. If you attended the Conference VIRTUALLY, please click here to access the virtual attendance reporting form. (You will need the CLE codes given to you in the chat portion of each online session!) This is what we will use to report your attendance, so completing this form is essential! Once you complete the online forms you may download the documents below as needed for your records.
Please note: You must submit your attendance information by October 14, 2022. After this time reporting your attendance will become your responsibility!
